7. Partial Refunds

  • Pre-orders scheduled for a future date may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be treated as standard order cancellations and may not qualify for a refund.

9. Exchange Policy

Papa Ginos offers order exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If you received the wrong item, we will prepare and deliver the correct item at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are only available for items that have not been consumed and are reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
