The First Plate
Gino Marchetti opens a small 12-seat kitchen in Raynham, MA, serving traditional family recipes passed down through three generations. Lines form around the block from day one.
Growing the Family
Papa Ginos expands to a full-sized restaurant at 430 New State Hwy. The team grows to 15 staff members and introduces a full sit-down dining experience with an expanded papaginos menu.
Award-Winning Flavors
Papa Ginos receives its first regional culinary award for "Best Authentic Dining Experience" in Massachusetts, putting the papa gino's name on the map across New England.
Online Ordering Launches
