Restaurant Manager
Lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations as a Restaurant Manager at Papa Ginos. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 15–25 staff, maintaining food quality standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience consistent with the authentic papa gino's brand promise.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)

Head Chef
As our Head Chef, you'll craft and execute the culinary vision that defines the Papa Ginos dining experience. You'll lead our kitchen team, develop seasonal menu additions, ensure consistency across all dishes, and uphold the highest food quality and safety standards that our guests expect from the papaginos brand.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years professional kitchen experience
- Menu development & costing expertise
- Kitchen staff training & leadership
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Line Cook
Join our energetic kitchen team as a Line Cook and help bring the authentic papa gino's flavors to life for our guests. You'll prepare and plate dishes according to our recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment that keeps our guests coming back.
- 1+ year line cooking experience
- Knowledge of food prep techniques
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Food handler's certification a plus
Front of House Server
Represent the Papa Ginos experience as a Front of House Server. You'll be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every table has an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk in until their last bite.

Delivery Driver
Help bring the Papa Ginos experience directly to our customers' doors as a Delivery Driver. You'll represent our brand with every delivery — ensuring orders arrive on time, hot, and with a smile. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
